Shipping Policy

Processing Time All books are printed on demand and typically take 5–7 business days to produce before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and destination at checkout. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

• Standard Shipping (US): 5–14 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at robinelpaul@gmail.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Robin E.L. Paul is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
